Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Scope of Work

As an SDR at Gistia, you will drive growth by identifying and contacting potential clients for a

Revenue Cycle Diagnostic. Your responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads,

setting appointments for the senior sales team, and maintaining accurate CRM records.

You'll collaborate with marketing to align lead generation efforts and provide feedback to

refine sales strategies. Your role is crucial in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Necessary Skills & Characteristics

Experience working in sales or customer service
● Drive for results
● Working knowledge of Office 355 (MS Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
● Ability to learn various tasks promptly
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
● Willingness and ability to adapt and grow
● Responsible and reliable work ethic
● A self-starter mentality is a must

Hours
Full-time / 40 hours per week
● Mon - Fri 9am-5pm EST

Breaks/Lunch Per 8-Hour Shift
30-minute lunch and 30-min break (split as needed).
Payment
$1400 / month salary paid twice a month in USD. Plus ~$200 commissions based on
performance.
