Job overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative who has a proven track-record of success with Outbound Email Prospecting, and is results-driven, and passionate about sales.
You will be the first internal Sales Development Representative (SDR) and responsible for establishing and implementing Gistia’s successful outbound B2B program, to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth for our organization, while playing an active role in prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals.

You are, first and foremost, process oriented. You are eager to grow, passionate about sales, curious by nature, and resilient. You love selling technology widgets to solve customers’ problems. You are tuned into what is going on in our market and use the latest and greatest tools and trends in Marketing and Sales to go from prospect to lead to customer.
You don’t expect to be told what to do. In your first 2 weeks we will walk you through our Customer Industry and their Pain Points, our Product Offerings and the respective ICP, our Value Proposition, and Marketing Messaging. Then, you’re off to the races.
You will use your keen HubSpot, Apollo, or Salesloft experience to put your strategy in motion, define appropriate KPIs, and report on a weekly basis.
Last, but not least, you are a hunter, not a farmer.
